WEEKLY WORKOUT #1- The Most Functional Movement (probably)

This years videos are going to be slightly different to last years.

All videos will now be focused around movement, training and exercises.

So you can expect to see exercise instructions, effective super sets and even full session explanations.

All other information around strength, conditioning, health and fitness will be shared on my Instagram QandA’s which I’ll be doing daily, so follow and interact on there.

Todays video is about the most functional (I’m a bit embarrassed for using this word) movement out there. Probably. And chances are you’re not even doing it.
