HOW TO get through the FESTIVE SEASON unscathed

Over the next few weeks one of two things usually happens:

You stick to your training really consistently and you eat really well, but in the process you end up missing out on a few things you’d like to have done.

OR

You drop training completely and eat however you want over the next few weeks.

Neither situations are ideal situations.

There is a middle ground.
