Consistency is something I’m big on.
Figuring out a way to make positive adjustments to what someone does currently and then finding a way to fit that into their lifestyle forever.
Sometimes it’s easy. A person will start being more active and being more mindful of what they eat and realise that they really enjoy it and the consistency comes quickly.
And other time it’s a little trickier.
