Can an active lifestyle positively affect a persons life in a permanent and meaningful way? Really change someones life for the better? This is something I ask myself often, and every time the answer is a resounding yes. While everyones fitness journey and their relationship with it will be different, the benefit to be gained is consistent.
Having been in the industry for the past 7 years with a background in CrossFit and group classes, I’ve trained people from all walks of life. From the person looking to get active for the first time in years to athletes from multiple sports looking to reach their potential. My clients lifestyles are varied as are their training programs. Two things remain common: we get results and we enjoy the process of doing so.
I’m a firm believer that training shouldn’t be a chore or add stress to your life and I try and create programs that reflect that. I’ve helped others reach their goals and now I want to help you.
ON SITE TRAINING
Sometimes just a program isn’t what’s required to help you on your fitness journey. A personal trainer can help with correct technique and progressions in the gym as well as guidelines in making better decisions outside of the gym.
We also offer personal training designed specifically to your goals at our facility in Musgrave.
